Dining at The Hydrant is a social experience, with small sharer plates at the heart of our delicious lunch and dinner menus. There are more than 30 tempting dishes to choose from, each cleverly concocted from the finest seasonal ingredients around.

From the crispy buttermilk chicken to braised octopus, stunning fresh salads to seasonal vegetable sides, there are morsels here to tempt every tastebud - and enough choice to keep you coming back for more time and time again.

Across all menus at The Hydrant, provenance rules - with all our ingredients carefully sourced from the very best local suppliers.

That’s the case on our breakfast menu too, where dishes such as Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale and the classic Full English mingle with a host of other morning favourites.
The pork all comes from Chalcroft Farm in Hampshire, from pigs fed on spent grain from the Fuller’s brewery. The eggs, all free-range, are sourced from a farm just four miles away.
